Conditions of Use

While using the Service you must not do any of the following:

Attempt to hack/crack or in any way restrict access to the site for others or obtain administrative access for yourself

Harass other members

Flood or spam the chat room with advertisements or solicitations

Use the site for unlawful purposes

Transmit any materials that contain any viruses or other harmful or disruptive software

Record and distribute any members-only content

Create a hostile environment for other members through actions in or out of our chat room

Attempt to steal our content from other members

Attempt to solicit personal information from our members

Violation of any of the Conditions of Use may result in termination of membership and/or further legal action.

No Refund Policy and Cancellations

In the event of termination or cancellation of the Service for any reason (either by you or by us), we shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid by you to us under this Agreement.

To cancel your automatically renewing subscriptions you must email Edumomo LLC.com a minimum of 48 hours prior to your renewing billing date. You must cancel a minimum of 48 hours prior to your renewing billing cycle for the free trial to not be charged the following month.

Termination

The Service may terminate your account and discontinue your access to the Service for any reason, or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Non-Disclosure of proprietary information

You acknowledge that all the techniques, methods, and information concerning trading provided by us to our members is owned by us, and is of a highly confidential nature. Accordingly, you hereby agree that during the term of the Service and up to 2 (two) years of termination/cancellation of the Service, you shall not divulge or appropriate for your own use, or for the use or benefit of any third party (other than the Service and its representatives, or as directed in writing by the Service), any information or knowledge concerning the Service without the prior written consent of the Service.

Limited license of use

You acknowledge and agree that all the information, techniques, processes, and methods of the Service shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Service at all times and that nothing in this Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to grant you any right, title or interest in such material, except for a limited license to personally use the information, process and techniques within your trading or business account (which you own over 51% and up to a sum total across all account up to $1m). You further acknowledge and agree that none of the information, techniques and methods of the Service (including but not limited to the contents in THT, watchlist, and all other contents produced by edumomo, staff, users, members, etc) can be shared, altered or redistributed without written consent.

Contribution Policy

By using the Service, you hereby agree and acknowledge that all the contents created, disclosed, shared, or modified by you in Edumomo shall grant us the ownership and all the rights to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content created by you or stored in your user account for our commercial, marketing or any similar purpose. But you have a license to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, the content of your user account for your personal accords.

Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to other websites. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of our affiliation with that third party. We do not exercise control over third-party websites. Your use of the hyperlinks on this website to other Internet sites is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third party sites hyperlinked from this website, nor do we make any endorsements or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the content of third-party websites or the products or services offered on any third party websites, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Additional Fees

You acknowledge and agree that if the sum total of your account exceeds $1M (One Millon US Dollar), then you will be liable for the payment of additional fees in the prescribed manner and/or 2% / year of sum total value of accounts, whichever is greater. It is your responsibility to get in touch with Edumomo to secure an appropriate license.

Indemnification and limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Edumomo LLC, its personnel, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses (including reasonable attorney fees), or other expenses that arise directly, indirectly, consequently, or incidentally, from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service and/or content contained within the Service is to stop using the Service.

Newsletters

Edumomo LLC has the right to not send certain information on the various Newsletters published on any day of our choosing.

Past Performance is Not Indicative of Future Results

Past performance is not indicative of future results, you should not assume you will be profitable given the industry’s high failure rate. Edumomo LLC maintains records of trades alerted in the chat room for educational purposes only. Edumomo LLC and its moderators and employees maintain multiple accounts with various brokers and as a result, profits and losses displayed on the website or social media should not be seen as 100% accurate, verified, or complete. Trades alerted in the chat room are for educational purposes only and serve as real-time examples of strategies taught in the trading courses.

Prohibited use of the Service

In addition to all other terms and conditions stated above, you shall not: (i) transfer the Service or the relevant software or otherwise make it available to any third party; (ii) provide any service based on the Service without prior written permission; (iii) use the third party links to sites without agreeing to their website terms & conditions; (iv) post links to third party sites or use their logo, company name, etc. without their prior written permission; (v) publish any personal or confidential information belonging to any person or entity without obtaining consent from such person or entity; (vi) use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or harm any server, network, computer system, resource of Edumomo; (vii) violate any applicable local, state, national or international law; and (viii) create a false identity to mislead any person as to the identity or origin of any communication.
